Construction Worker, Siding/Window/Gutter/Roofing Installer, Estimator We are a long-standing company with year round work who needs competent, experienced, drug-free subcontractors and employees to install siding and other general construction. Pay is reasonable and depends on your abilities and performance. You get pay increases from us based on what you do, not how long you’ve been here! So no more Sally-Do-Nothing makes more than me because she’s been on the job three months longer. We are willing to train people who are serious about working and want to learn a trade.
